How We're Responding to COVID-19

Protecting Our Employees, Customers, and Communities

The health and safety of our customers, communities, and associates remain our highest priority and we continue to take all CDC recommended precautions necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

Our distribution facilities are up and running. Employees are able to work from home when necessary, however, our stores are staffed adequately to meet your needs.

Here are the steps we are taking in response to COVID-19.

  • Team members who are experiencing symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has been exposed to the coronavirus or who has symptoms are asked to stay home.

  • If team members are uncomfortable reporting to work, we are offering flexibility during this time to accommodate their needs.

  • We have stopped all non-essential vendors from entering our facilities

  • We are routinely sanitizing surfaces, including payment counters and other frequent touchpoints following each customer interaction.

  • We require the use of protective masks for all team members.

  • Employees are practising social distancing (6 ft.).

  • Frequent sanitization of common and high-touch surfaces

  • Deep cleaning and sanitization of the complete facility two times weekly

  • Daily temperature scans of all associates and essential vendors prior to entering the facility

  • Created new dedicated safety protocol compliance staff to ensure all safety standards are maintained.

  • We are limiting the number of customers and employees in stores at one time to eight individuals and enforcing social distancing practices for those individuals, including tape markers to delineate a distance of six feet.

  • We have dedicated personnel to ensure the store is clean and sanitized throughout the business day.

We are all in this together. We are in a position to help keep our communities safe from serious public health risks by providing essential products and services that maintain the safety and sanitization of homes and businesses. We know that our employees are displaying an incredible commitment to serving communities during this difficult time. We are deeply grateful for their service. We will continue to keep you updated as this situation evolves.
